If you truly want to take your sleep to the next level these are it! I put these on about 2.5-2hrs before bed and wear them into the night up into actually going to sleep. and after using them for 3 weeks I have never felt this good, and been satisfied and excited to sleep. They are easy on my eyes and everything about them is amazing buy these ASAP

Wish i knew sooner
This product has to be one of THE BEST things i have purchased. I usally wake up alot through the night to use the bathroom and had to use the overhead. But now with this product I just walk in and have a light that is easy on my eyes and i go right back to bed 1000/10!

Iv tried blue light blocking glasses but not like this. The Lens that these are not blurry like the the others, the quality on the frames are next level you can tell that these are not some china garbage. If you are in the market you will not regret buying these you pay for what you get.

Why I created Ember Life
My name is Bryce Klingel, and I’m the founder of Ember Life — a business born from a personal obsession with sleep.
It started when I began learning about how sleep affects the human body. What began as curiosity quickly turned into focus. I spent six months studying what actually defines good sleep, not just in theory, but in real life.
From there, I committed to a 30-day process of fixing my own sleep. I recorded the entire experience, tested dozens of products, and ran multiple variations of each — refining what worked and what didn’t. I became obsessed with understanding the difference between products that claim to help sleep and those that truly do.
After the 30 days, I spent another month documenting everything in detail (even posting it all on youtube) — breaking down the exact changes I made and identifying the tools that made the biggest impact.
After selling my home service business, I went all-in on sleep. Ember Life was created to help others improve their nights without wasting thousands of dollars testing products that don’t work, or will break after a month of use!
